Untold exists because we’ve all felt the magic of a story that just clicks

Our story

I started Untold after a stint in venture capital. I met many brilliant people building in healthcare, consumer, biotech, defense (I can keep adding to this list) whose ideas never gained the traction they deserved. Not because their work wasn’t good enough, but because their story didn’t land.

Through that experience, I saw that a story - by itself - is never a guarantee. It can be true and still be ignored. It can be elegant and still fail to persuade. What matters is not only what is said, but how it’s shaped - how language and design conspire to make that story unforgettable.

At Untold, we choose to work with founders and funds who (a) build for positive impact (b) value truth over hype, and (c) speak directly with their audience. We craft their stories, through both words and design, in the way engineers craft great code or product: engineered for impact, stress-tested with real audiences, and refined many times.

Our work has helped founders raise $200M+, launch successful brands, and attract top talent. But what matters most is that they’ve helped brilliant founders finally feel that click when their idea lands.
